A Female Firefighting Team on a Converted Motorcycle in London, 1925

   

Here is a 1925 photo of a Royal Enfield sidecar outfit. Posing with it are women firefighters of the Achille Serre, Ltd. company. This was a large dry cleaning establishment. Like Royal Enfield, it was so large it had its own fire brigade, staffed by women.
